What exactly was the quantity of the velocity of money found by the late economist Milton Friedman?

I have an econ midterm tomorrow and would like to know if the late economist Milton Friedman calculated an actual quantity for the velocity of money he described. My prof seems to think he did and would like us to find out exactly what it was. Please include a source!
