Getting paid biweekly?

You get paid for all the time you work. You get paid for two weeks at a time. If you work 40 hours in every two weeks (whether you do 20 hours each week, alternate between 0 hour weeks and 40 hour weeks, or alternate between 10 hour weeks and 30 hour weeks), each paycheck is for 40 hours, minus tax.
