I do not doubt this for 1 second. I presume all of this is liked to those filthy Rothschild and Rockefella families. If your governments wage war where millions of people die then they will certainly not hesitate to experiment on people. And as for aliens, they probably do not tell us the truth because a lot of people are religious and there will be a war of some sorts.
