My son had swine flu.?

Hi there my son become very ill and had a high tem on monday i rang the doc and they said it sounded like swine flu so they gave him tamiflu, He is much better he was ment to go to nursery today but i have not sent him would it be safe to send him tom as he is fine now. My son is 2 and half.
