How best to take my new BP medication?

This is a OPINION, not what you will do, you will call your doctor and tell him that and let him advise you. 120/80 is normal bp, perfect btw, so i'd say you only need it once a day, always at the same time each day, so like around 10 or 12 noon. The headaches and vision is from your b/p being lower than your body likes, next time it's that way, you should check it, bet it's low (or could be high, bp is weird). You might even be on a too strong bp med. Lisporal (spelling) is a good mild one, and usually once per day.
