How hard are these words? do most English speakers know the meaning of those words without looking up?

Im a 17 year old English speaker. I dont know iniquity, intrepud, enervated, dichotomy, periphery, amnesty. But Ive encountered them while reading and gotten the meaning of the sentence without too much trouble, beacause its easier to understand in context then out of context
