Do you need to wear a padded bikini when i wear a bra size of 32a?

im 13 and wear a 32a size bra. im tall and skinny. this year i was thinking of wearing a bikini. do i need a padded or non padded bikini. can you send me links of bikinis that would look good on me( i dont want to be that much showy)
