Obama Punishes Navy Seals for Maersk Alabama Shooting?

I heard somewhere that the US Navy Seals that took out the Somalian Pirates were punished for shooting then pirates. Or at least the SEAL commander got stepped down from his position or something for using deadly force when I guess they were supposedly not supposed to? Well anyways my crazy history teacher does not believe me and im pretty sure im right. I need help finding the article on this event. Please help me out here guys
