Why arent there any white man dressed up like a woman in movies or tv shows.?

Alot of the black actors,Wesley Snipes,Eddie Murphy,Jamie Foxx,Ving Rhames,Chris Tucker,Damon Wayans and David Alan Grier,Rickey Smiley,Tyler Perry,Martin Lawerence,Kenan Thompson of Saturday Night Live,Larry Johnson,Will Smith,Shwan and Marlon Wayans.You never see Tom Cruise playing the role of a woman, you never see Brad Pitt in a dress playing the role of a woman. And if one of them wanted to play a women they would get paid alot of money or the producers wont let them do it. Are they Racist in Hollywood,and thinks black should'nt have a good role.
