tell her it's obviously working shes the size of an elephant now instead of a whale. NOOOOOOOOOOOO i'm joking, you tell her you love her but she needs to get help. if she really wants to lose weight she should go on a healthy diet (not one of the faddy ones) this is an ILLNESS so tell her you are taking her to the doctors then take her.
