Hey guys I have a question...(on on quails)?

My incubator was set on the wrong temperature almost all 16 days,it was on 95..now it's been around 19 days,I know they are still alive inside because one of the eggs broke and a little chick it was alive but it had like a yellow sack with him,(so they still need time)But how many more days do you guys think they need to hatch?And i stop turning them the 13 day of incubating do i still need to turn them?Ok thanks guys,,,
