How do I start a petition at my high school asking for the removal of a disrespectful and negative employee?

There's a man that goes around my high school in a golf cart and yells at the students all day. On my first day at the school he yelled at me during break for using my phone to look for my friends. I had not been aware of the phone policy and I'm a relatively good kid. I do what I'm told but he is just so disrespectul and negative and he talks with such disdain and impatience. Nobody likes him and even the teachers would agree that he is a "mean guy." He creates a negative environment wherever he goes. I know that if I start a petition which would try to remove him from the school, MANY people would sign it. How do I begin and what steps should I take?
