Do you agree with Rahm Emanuel that fuel prices are too low?

Heck, during the campaign Obama said that $4 gas was "a good start" but he was concerned that it had risen too quickly. Not that it was too high, just that it had gone up to fast. We'll be paying Europe-style gas prices soon ($8-$10).
