3mo.old Nephew goes 4 days without bowell movement.I am worried.Is this normal?

This infant is fed,also given formuls,has been started on cereal and fruit,with fruit juice.He cries grunts and seems to be uncomforable,I'm very worried,and dont accept that this child is spoiled ,has a cute sweet disposition,smiles and laughs,then cries,and wrings his hands!Help I dont want to in BUT!
