Why dont Arsenal start Rosisky anymore?

before he got injured he was a gem a great per and can score screamers from long range he is still the key man for his country but Ive noticed that wenger has lost trust in him he even starts wilkshire ahead of him for ffs whats going on here do you think this could cause him to leave the club????
