What is the optimum temperature you would put your thermostat in winter ( Chicago IL USA )?

during the cold weather set to heat...fan auto...68 degrees.........during the hot weather..set to cool.... fan on..... 68 degrees....you can program it any way u like,,,i recomend 68 degrees from 1 hour before you wake up then lower it to around 60 degrees 1 hour before bed time......and possibly something different on weekends
