What are the chances of an NBA hard cap in the next CBA?

What have you guys heard in the media about the way the owners are leaning? I'm reading a lot about the possibility of a hard cap especially now. Having these few powerhouses is bad for the league and the owners know that. A hard cap would effectively put an end to Miami as we know it, Los Angeles as we know it. Ten teams have payrolls above the current softcap and indications are that the hard cap the owners may push for would be lower. It just got me thinking because of the moves that Colangelo made yesterday. He basically dumped a bunch of salary for players with contracts ending in 1 or 2 years. IF the owners are going to push for a hard cap and are willing to force a lockout to get one and Colangelo knows this, he wants to put himself in a position to bite at all the salary that teams are going to need to dump in a couple of years.
