My daughter threw up in my car...?

This weekend, my daughter decided to throw up while sitting straight up in the back seat of my car! Throw up went all over the backs of the front seats, up on the dash, on the floor, and even into my hair and purse!!! It was awful. I have cleaned the car with water, car upholstery cleaner and febrezed the heck out of it. I have left the windows down so I do not get a fresh baked puke smell in my car from the heat of the sun. If anyone has any miracle cures, let me know!
