Is a 16 week test conclusive?

I took an HIV Home Access Test at exactly 16 weeks(4 months) I was just curious as to whether this test could be considered conclusive. I suffer from severe anxiety and cant get this off of my mind. Is the window period truely 3 months and what is the cirstances of waiting the 6 months? Should I believe this tesT?
