Okay my sister and brother-in-law (kind of) are coming home from a year in Australia and they are really fit, run marathons, work out and such...And my sister wanted me to work out and I haven't yet but I want to start...I am kind of lanky, skinny, and tall. I look too skinny you could say. It just runs in the family. I'm 16 and I have started working out doing P90x! using Whey and casein protein. If I keep this up could I get bigger by June 10th? I weigh 120 lbs and am 5'10"
