Anyone know what this dream means?

You are afraid that you are too slow to get away from Serbian culture. The Serbian culture is something that reminds you of slowness, hence the limp. The doctor and the cop are speaking Serbian because they are not hip to the fact that you need to feel and be, more American. You also feel guilt about being slow in some aspect of your life. Maybe the guitar practice was not going well. The guitar was a means of becoming more hip, and less Serbian, but it is now your crutch because you were too slow (you thought).
